We want you to be completely satisfied with your OROS purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
